Time Frame for Returns
Our policy allows for returns within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 7 days have passed since you received your item.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.

The product must not be on-demand products. Almost all our dresses are on-demand products.

Return Process
After we receive your email, a customer service representative will contact you with the return address and instructions for sending the product back to us. Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We do not offer free returns, nor do we cover the shipping costs to return the product. This is responsibility of the costumers.
Returns Due to Sizing Issues
If the return is due to a sizing issue, the customer is fully responsible for the return. All our products include a size chart to help you select the correct size before purchasing.
Refund Approval
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. The inspection process may take a few days to ensure the product meets our return policy criteria.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
