1. How long for shipping?

Normally 3-7 working days by fast express like DHL and FEDEX.

2. If I send you pictures of some styles or drawing , would you be able to do it for me?

Yes, we do.You could send us designs to check first. We can make any designs based on photos or sketch you sent.

3. Are there any styles that you have not put on the platform?

Yes. You could check our instagram page@mymbdress_collection to view some of the styles which we have made. Or you could contact us, and we would like to recommend the designs you want.

Shipping Guide

If dress is available in stock,we will ship within 3 working days after payment received.

If dress need to make,the estimated production time is 3-8 weeks(depend on styles),then it is shipped.Normally shipping is an additional 7-15 business days by fast express depending on countries and locations but it can take longer from time to time.

Tracking ID will be sent to you to check the delivery status after your dress is shipped.

Return Policy

We have an easy return/exchange process If you are not totally satisfied with the item(including quality problem, wrong size etc.)

You may return this item for a full refund.(excluding shipping charges)

Return & Exchange Requirements

1) Product must be unworn and in the original condition even after tried on for fit and size.

2) No Refund: Worn, Perfumed, Altered or without the original Brand&Labels.

3) Not fit for you(with wrong size), the quality problem

4) No Refund: Custom-made Petite or Plus Size and Made to your Specification.

5) It is buyers' responsibility to pay the return or exchange postage.
